NOTICE OF SERVICE PROVISION REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SUPPLIERS, MAINTENANCE CONTRACTORS, AND SUBCONTRACTORS

Dear Supplier,
One of the goals that CORECO, S.A. sets for itself as a daily challenge is the continuous improvement of its ability to provide its customers with better service and support.
To achieve this goal, CORECO, S.A. has adapted its internal management system based on the UNE-EN 9001:2015 standard, the UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015 standard, and OHSAS 18001:2007.
The capacity of suppliers is of vital importance for meeting the requirements of CORECO, S.A.’s customers; therefore, one of the requirements established by the Management System is the need to evaluate and select suppliers based on their ability to fulfill the commercial commitments they enter into with CORECO, S.A.
In order to qualify as Approved Suppliers of CORECO, S.A., you will be evaluated throughout the year based on the following criteria:

• Cost of the service/product.
• Service/Product Quality.
• Fast delivery.
• Approval for food use.
• Certification under ISO 9001.
• Documentation provided.
• Issues detected in the provision or delivery of the service.

Any incidents or anomalies that occur will be recorded as nonconformities if deemed appropriate.
Based on the foregoing, we hereby inform you that you will remain an approved supplier for this year. However, any subsequent establishment of business relations will require you to comply with all the requirements specified in our orders or, where applicable, in the specific terms and conditions established.
Failure to meet any of these criteria (nonconformities) will result in an evaluation that could ultimately lead to the revocation of your status as a CORECO, S.A. supplier.
Likewise, in compliance with the requirements of the relevant standards and as a supplier, service provider, or subcontractor of our company, we are informing you of the minimum requirements that apply to you with regard to the provision of your services.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL SUPPLIERS:

• The supplier agrees to ensure compliance with the requirements specified in the purchase order or external work order.
• At all times, the provider is required to comply with the laws applicable to the service it is providing (authorizations or registrations as an authorized entity, technical inspections, etc.).
• The contractor must implement the necessary preventive measures to avoid hazardous or emergency situations while performing the assigned work and must train and inform its personnel about the work to be performed at our facilities.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PROVIDING SERVICES AT OUR FACILITIES (MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS):

• The supplier must comply with the internal procedures communicated to it regarding the company's management system.
• If waste needs to be removed during the work, it must be collected in appropriate containers in accordance with the
  Amount to be picked up. Full containers will be picked up by the service provider.
• If you don't know what to do with certain waste, wastewater, or anything else that has been generated
  While receiving the service, please notify the person who assisted you.
• If you detect any risky or emergency situation, you must immediately report it to any person at
  the company or the person who assisted you.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE DOCUMENTED:

• Contractors: Prior to the start of the service to be provided, the Quality and Environment Department
  Our company's Environment and Occupational Safety and Health department will inform you of the documentation to be submitted or updated based on the
  the work to be carried out, as well as the signing of the appropriate data protection records.
• Supplier of supplies: Product data sheets, CE marking, certificate of
  Warranty and certification in accordance with UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 or other standards, as applicable.
• Installation and/or maintenance of fire protection systems: Company registration
  Installation/maintenance company, certified to UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 or other standards, if applicable.
• Hardware and maintenance providers: Provide information about the company's backups,
  risk information for the company and certification in accordance with UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 or other standards, if applicable
  as appropriate, as well as the completion of the relevant data protection records and the updating of the
  Occupational Safety and Health documentation.
• Installation and/or maintenance of HVAC systems: Business registration
  Installation/maintenance company; copies of the professional licenses of the personnel working at our facilities
  and, in particular, proof of personal certifications in the handling of fluorinated gases,
  evidence of the management of waste generated during the service and certification in accordance with UNEEN-
  ISO 9001:2015, if applicable, as well as compliance with the relevant data protection regulations
  and updating the occupational safety and health documentation.
• Installation and/or maintenance of electrical systems: Registration of installation/maintenance companies,
  evidence of the management of waste generated during the service and certification in accordance with UNEEN-
  ISO 9001:2015, if applicable, as well as compliance with the relevant data protection regulations
  and updating the occupational safety and health documentation.
• Repair Shops: Authorized repair shop registration, evidence of waste management that is
  processes during service and certification in accordance with UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015, if applicable.
• Other types of providers (external occupational safety and health service providers, administrative agencies, and consulting firms, among others):
  Provide evidence, such as that mentioned above, that is relevant to your activities and certification in accordance with UNE-EN ISO
  9001:2015, if applicable, as well as the completion of the relevant data protection records.
