Orders must be placed in writing (letter, fax, or email). They must include the product codes listed in the current price list.

We reserve the right to accept orders only from customers who have not breached previous contracts. Any specific terms and conditions cited in the customer’s order shall be void if they do not comply with these general terms and conditions of sale or unless they are expressly accepted.

The prices in this list are retail (recommended) prices and are listed in euros. Under no circumstances do these prices include installation or setup of the equipment. All prices are exclusive of accessories.

Standard packaging will be used. Any special packaging or shipping method expressly requested by the customer will be at the customer’s expense.

Goods are always shipped at the buyer’s risk. We strongly recommend that you inspect the condition of the goods within the specified time frame; otherwise, Coreco S.A. disclaims all liability to the buyer. Claims for damage or deterioration of the goods caused during transport will not be accepted under any circumstances unless accompanied by proof that the buyer filed a claim with the shipping carrier within the legal deadline of 24 hours after receipt of the goods.

No returns of merchandise will be accepted without the express written consent of Coreco S.A.

If a return of merchandise is accepted, all associated costs, including shipping charges, will be borne by the customer.

Payment for the materials will be made based on the condition of the goods, and Coreco S.A. reserves the right to determine the final payment amount.

Coreco S.A. shall be liable only for manufacturing defects, excluding cases of improper handling or use of the material by the customer or user. The warranty shall be as established by applicable law. All materials returned under warranty will be invoiced, and the corresponding credit will be issued once the defective parts have been returned and inspected by Coreco S.A.

Until credit is extended to a customer, all transactions must be paid in advance. If invoices are not paid by the agreed-upon due dates, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and/or late fees.

All replacement parts will be shipped with shipping charges payable by the recipient.

The merchandise remains the property of Coreco S.A. until the customer has paid for it in full.

In this case, the courts of Lucena (Córdoba) shall have jurisdiction.
