They must include the product codes listed in the current price list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to accept orders only from customers who have not breached previous contracts. Any specific terms and conditions cited in the customer\u2019s order shall be void if they do not comply with these general terms and conditions of sale or unless they are expressly accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-520f0d0\" id=\"precios\" data-block-id=\"520f0d0\"><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">PRICES<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>The prices in this list are retail (recommended) prices and are listed in euros. Under no circumstances do these prices include installation or setup of the equipment. All prices are exclusive of accessories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-e67ca05\" id=\"transporte-y-portes\" data-block-id=\"e67ca05\"><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">SHIPPING AND DELIVERY<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Standard packaging will be used. Any special packaging or shipping method expressly requested by the customer will be at the customer\u2019s expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Goods are always shipped at the buyer\u2019s risk. We strongly recommend that you inspect the condition of the goods within the specified time frame; otherwise, Coreco S.A. disclaims all liability to the buyer. Claims for damage or deterioration of the goods caused during transport will not be accepted under any circumstances unless accompanied by proof that the buyer filed a claim with the shipping carrier within the legal deadline of 24 hours after receipt of the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-0f4aa7f\" id=\"devoluciones-de-material\" data-block-id=\"0f4aa7f\"><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">RETURNS OF MATERIAL<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>No returns of merchandise will be accepted without the express written consent of Coreco S.A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a return of merchandise is accepted, all associated costs, including shipping charges, will be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment for the materials will be made based on the condition of the goods, and Coreco S.A. reserves the right to determine the final payment amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-5fb814b\" id=\"garantia\" data-block-id=\"5fb814b\"><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">WARRANTY<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Coreco S.A. shall be liable only for manufacturing defects, excluding cases of improper handling or use of the material by the customer or user. The warranty shall be as established by applicable law. All materials returned under warranty will be invoiced, and the corresponding credit will be issued once the defective parts have been returned and inspected by Coreco S.A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-a760c4c\" id=\"condiciones-de-pago\" data-block-id=\"a760c4c\"><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">PAYMENT TERMS<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Until credit is extended to a customer, all transactions must be paid in advance.
